Testing My Christmas Presents: TRUST Graphics Tablet 100 26.12.

I always let people know what I want for Christmas in my Skype’s profile message , and this time I wanted Wacom Intuos 4 Graphics Tablet.  The message “I want Wacom Graphics tablet for Christmas” was hanging on my Skype profile for weeks, but this time, I instead of Wacom I got Trust. Well, ok I thought – it’s better than nothing, and I really wanted a graphics tablet! To tell you the truth, it must be the cheapest tablet in the world, but I’m still really happy, and thankful to Santa Claus.

My First drawing with a Graphics Tablet

No, I’m absolutely not religious! I was just playing around and that’s what I got :)

Testing

“Wireless Design & Work Tablet 100″ was a real pain in my ass. I couldn’t make my Photoshop Cs3 recognize the pen pressure. So I googled and found out that I needed the newest drivers from www.trust.com.  Wow, it worked!

However, it works absolutely awkwardly – 1 minute it works, the other minute I can’t draw any line. I don’t know, whether I’m doing anything wrong, or all those comments about crappy graphics tablets from Trust were truth.  I’ll find out it of course.

My second attempt

This one after some tweaking will be probably used for http://www.boredpanda.com (one of my projects).

Final Thoughts

I think it’s much much easier to draw with a graphics tablet, than with a real pencil on a real paper. To tell you the truth, I have never thought I could draw so well.

So, if you are wondering, whether you really need one – go for it, but maybe not with Trust.
